Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please allow up to 4-5 days working days for delivery. If any items in your order are out of stock, you will be contacted by telephone or email.

We send all our orders out using a reliable delivery service. A signature will be required up on delivery.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us.

Returns

Customers have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting from day after the goods are delivered.

If an item is unsuitable, please make sure that the goods are returned unworn and unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange all goods should be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn and unwashed. In the interests of hygiene we can not offer refunds or exchange on pierced jewellery items.

Items must be received by us unused, with all original tags attached and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return of an item where it is evident that it has been damaged, stained or is not in its original condition.

If the order is payable by cheque, then the refund will be made by cheque within 28 days.
